When you apply, we collect the details you provide in the application form — your name and contact information, education and availability, work-eligibility answer, the responses you write, and the resume and any portfolio you upload. You choose what to share; required fields are marked.

How we use it

We use your information solely to review your application, communicate with you about it, and — if you're hired — to begin onboarding. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we store and protect it

Your application is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, and access is limited to the people at VELGRAM involved in hiring. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our hiring process (for example, our website hosting, database, and email providers), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as needed to evaluate candidates and for a reasonable period afterward in case a future role is a fit. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information in your application, or withdraw your application, by emailing us at velgram1111@gmail.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
